Maya earned her Bachelor of Science from Converse College, her Master of Science in Biology at Eastern Kentucky University and her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Charleston Southern University. In her free time, she enjoys reading, tending to her houseplants, trying new restaurants and traveling.
